The CoNo Credential Program (CCP)

Let’s talk about The CoNo credential program. This credential program started from a small idea after attending the Boudoir Summit at WPPI. I was asked questions that are simple to answer, but I realized people are hesitant to ask. Hesitant to ask because they don’t want to appear racist, or mean, or even how to word the question. Photographers want the knowledge but are unable to find it.

I won’t lie; I held off on writing this sooner for a multitude of reasons. One being I didn’t think I could do it. I felt there were more qualified people that could write this program and do it well. For months I looked at the outline, shared it with close people, got their opinions, and just waited. I’m so glad I decided to move forward.

I moved forward because my motto is, if not me, then who. When Boudoir for Black Womxn started, I had several amazing Black women photographers tell me they wanted to do something like it for a while, but didn’t have the time. This credential program, like Boudoir for Black Womxn, is my love letter to Black women.
